I firmly believe that the best way to manage one’s life is to set goals. This is why I define with all my clients a clear strategy and milestones we want to reach together, during our first consultation. My programs are set for any level of fitness. 


I specialize in High Intensity Training Principles (HIT) and use these to develop a customized training program for each of my clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame. HIT Training offers a scientifically proven system that forces the body to change and adapt.

Weight Loss

There are many ways to shed some excess pounds but usually, just a little bit of jogging won’t do the trick. Your customized program will focus not only on achieving your desired weight loss, but also in maintaining it long-term.

 

We will address your diet as well as exercise program. In order to cause your body to make permanent changes, we must make small adjustments to your diet to make sure you are getting enough nutrients to reach your goals.

 

Athletic Performance

Together, we will improve your physical shape for your desired sport. We train your body and use small steps to get you in the best shape of your life. This program is ideal for High School or University Athletes looking to advance to the next level.

 

Muscle Building

Using the different principles of High Intensity Training we will change your body. We will use machines, free weights, kettle bells, and suspension trainers to constantly push your body to new levels. I particularly pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you do not get hurt. I am also very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you. We want to train your muscles, not destroy them!

Contest Preparation

Complete assistance to bring you from the gym to the stage. This program combines diet with training and is adjusted on a weekly basis to keep you on target for your contest date. The program is 12 to 16 weeks long and I will work with you every step of the way.
