Transformation Time. A huge shoutout to my client and Team SMP member Heather @hgrueber Heather started off Jan 1 at 132lbs and today 16 weeks later at 118lbs. She did minimum cardio 2-3 hrs a week. Never cut carbs. 6 days a week 125g. No stimulants or fat burners. She listened and followed the plan. She did the hard work and meal prep. The rest was just the process.
